Balotelli Wanted By Man. United?

Mario Balotelli's agent has reiterated that both Manchester clubs are keen to land the Inter Milan forward.

City have been linked since January and boss Roberto Mancini is a confirmed fan, while United's interest has emerged in recent weeks.

Inter insist they do not want to sell the 19-year-old, but Balotelli himself stated last week he was flattered to be linked with the Premier League duo.

And now Balotelli's agent has refused to let the speculation surrounding his charge die down.

"The interest of Manchester for Balotelli is concrete and both clubs have confirmed it," Mino Raiola told Calciomercato.

"The player is clearly happy to be followed by (Manchester United coach Sir Alex) Ferguson.

"But I cannot exclude that in the end the player will remain at Inter or play in a different club with respect to the English outfit.

"In any case we will we will take every step with calmness and evaluate each time the situation."

Freshly installed Inter coach Rafa Benitez stressed that he wants to keep Balotelli.

"I want to speak to him (Balotelli) and get to know him better as a person," he said.

"All the quality players are important to me.

"But I need to see him, get to know him and see how he works."
