Kagawa Fully Focused On Being A Success At Manchester United
Shinji Kagawa is reluctant to discuss possible future moves as he focuses on succeeding at Manchester United.
The Japan international moved to Old Trafford over the summer after building his reputation in Germany with Borussia Dortmund.
He is still finding his feet in England, but few doubt that he will prove to be a shrewd acquisition.
It is already being suggested that he could turn out for Barcelonaor Paris St Germain in the years to come, but Kagawa has attempted to distance himself from such reports.
"I have never thought about Barcelona or Madrid," Kagawa told L'Equipe.
"Paris are a great team that will continue to grow this season. It is also a very nice city, but I am focused 100 per cent on life in Manchester.
"You never know what the future will hold."
For now, Kagawa is still coming to terms with the fact that he is part of an illustrious club that has dominated English football throughout the Premier League era.
Fresh from grabbing a historic winner for Japan in a friendly victory over France, the 23-year-old playmaker added: "I am now a Manchester United player and the fans and my team-mates expect more from me.
"Since arriving in Manchester I have had to watch my behaviour on and off the pitch. In Japan and Dortmund I didn't have so much pressure.
"Three years ago I couldn't have imagined evolving so quickly and being at a great club like Manchester United. It is proof that you never know what can happen."
