Januzaj Excites Redknapp
QPR manager Harry Redknapp has backed Manchester United to embark on a positive run of form as he heaped praise on teenage sensation Adnan Januzaj.
The Rangers boss admits he is missing the opportunity to take a team to Old Trafford this term as he bids to earn promotion back to the top flight with the Londoners. In an exclusive interview with ManUtd.com, the man who knocked the Reds out of the FA Cup with three different clubs - Bournemouth, West Ham and Portsmouth - expressed his belief that the Reds will rebuild and hit the heights again.
"The thing now is to go on a run," he stated. "You can see United doing that with Juan Mata signing plus Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie coming back.
"The young kid Januzaj - what a player he is! He's amazing and really could be anything. He could become another one of the truly great Manchester United players.
"What I'll miss when I retire, more than anything, is to go to places like Old Trafford," he admitted. "There has always been an aura about the place for me, due to the history and the great players who have played there over the years.
"It's always a great place and I miss it this year by not being in the Premier League. Old Trafford is one of those grounds I always look forward to visiting because of what they have achieved. Look at what Sir Alex Ferguson achieved - he is the finest manager we have probably ever seen in this country.
"United have a great tradition and I am sure they will come back as strong as ever. They have had a blip but I'm sure they will rebuild now and come back strongly."
