Stars Celebrate In Anfield Away End

Wayne Rooney's winner at Anfield ensured jubilant celebrations for around 3,000 Manchester United fans in the away end at Anfield and some familiar faces were spotted amongst the bedlam.

Injured trio Michael Carrick, Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo all made the trip to Merseyside to cheer on their team-mates, and Jones and Rojo were picked up by TV cameras in ecstatic mood after Rooney had fired home United's 100th goal against the hosts at Anfield.

Carrick, who watched alongside Steve Bruce's son Alex, tweeted a photo from the stands before and after the match, while Jones and Rojo were spotted chatting to fans as they watched on from the away end.
