Man. United Open China Attraction

United legends Bryan Robson and Brian McClair were in China this week to launch the Manchester United Experience, Asia's first interactive football exhibition.

Based in Macau's giant Venetian Hotel and Resort, where United stayed during the 2007 Asia tour, the Experience allows the Reds' many Asian supporters to get closer to the club through various interactive games and exhibitions.

Visitors can feel the excitement of the build-up to a match without travelling to Old Trafford, through features such as a virtual Sir Alex Ferguson, dressing room and tunnel.

Fans can also can test their skills as a manager, show off their football skills in specially designed training pods and then watch their efforts on video. On the lower level of the Experience there is also a Megastore offering a wide range of United merchandise.

Robson said: "The Experience really captures the spirit and the atmosphere of this great club. The amazing way in which they have used technology makes it really feel like you are in the United dressing room or lining up with the players in the tunnel. It's the next best thing to being at Old Trafford."

United chief executive David Gill added: "The Experience has exceeded all expectations. It is an exciting prospect for our fans in Asia and I am sure it will prove to be an extremely popular attraction at The Venetian.”
