FA Cup 4th Round: United To Meet Spurs

United will face Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford in the FA Cup fourth round for the second season running.

The two sides met at the same stage last year with the Reds running out 3-1 winners on the day.

Former Spurs striker Robbie Keane put the visitors ahead after 24 minutes, before Carlos Tevez equalised before half-time. A second half brace from Cristiano Ronaldo ensured United's progression to the fifth round.

Sir Alex expects another tough test this time round, but hopes home advantage will help.

"We had Tottenham last season of course and I think it'll be a good tie," he told MUTV. "You always hope to get a home draw and we're pleased to have got that."

Elsewhere, Liverpool will entertain Merseyside neighbours Everton, Arsenal will travel to Cardiff City and Chelsea - should they beat Southend in their third round replay - will play Ipswich Town at Stamford Bridge.

Fourth round ties will take place on the weekend of Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 January.
