Anderson Rules Out United Exit
Manchester United midfielder Anderson has dismissed talk linking him with a move back to Portugal.
Anderson, who joined United from Porto in the summer of 2007, has seen his future the subject of speculation after failing to hold down a regular place in Sir Alex Ferguson's side.
The Brazil international has started to recapture some of his best form this season after a difficult last 18 months at Old Trafford with his form and fitness.
The 24-year-old admits if he was ever to return to Portugal it would only be for Porto, but he insists United want to keep hold of him and that he has no plans to leave.
"In Portugal, I have only ever played for Porto and if one day I came back, I would play for them," Anderson told A Bola.
"But the return to Portuguese football is far from happening. United will not let me go and I will not put myself in that scenario."
