Regan Poole: Man. United Set To Sign Newport County Teenager

Manchester United have made a £100,000 bid for Newport County's 17-year-old defender Regan Poole in a deal that could rise to £400,000.

The Wales Under-17 international has arrived at United's training ground for a medical.

Poole, who had been on trial at United and Liverpool, was the subject of a £60,000 bid plus add-ons from Championship side Hull.

Brighton have also shown an interest in signing the young centre-back.
