Januzaj Close To Making Return

Manchester United youngster Adnan Januzaj is on his way back to fitness after being sidelined due to injury.

The 21-year-old has not featured for the first team since coming off the bench during the thrilling 3-2 win over Arsenal in February, although he has had two outings for the Reserves since - scoring twice against Oldham Athletic and leading the line in the Barclays Under-21 Premier League draw with Liverpool.

With Warren Joyce's side looking to clinch the title in one of the final three games, starting at Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday, there is the possibility Januzaj will be available soon to boost the team's attacking options as he looks to recover his match rhythm.

"Adnan is injured at the minute," manager Louis van Gaal told MUTV. "It's more or less an old injury that is coming in the last three weeks. Now, he is in a recuperation period; he is already on the pitch, so he's coming back."
