United is #allredallequal
Manchester United is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion at all levels of football.
The club continues to use our official website and social media channels, as messaging around equality, diversity and inclusion is highlighted and shared with our diverse global fan base.
Speaking about the club’s #allredallequal campaign, Manchester United’s group managing director Richard Arnold recently said: “The club has worked closely with many equality stakeholders to ensure that our inclusion and diversity work is supporting a wide range of initiatives.
“We are privileged to have staff and supporters from diverse backgrounds, and embrace the responsibility we have to make a positive impact on all those who visit Old Trafford and support the club, no matter where they are in the world.”
The club has a long history of working within this equality, diversity and inclusion and, since the development of its own #allredallequal campaign during the 2016/17 season, this has gone from strength to strength both internally and externally.
All efforts of equality are linked by #allredallequal, as the club strives to be at the forefront of this essential area with the support of Stonewall, Kick It Out, Level Playing Field, MUDSA and many more groups.
Fans from all over the world can engage with the club’s work on equality on social media, using #allredallequal.
