Did Tyrone Mings Mean To Stamp On Zlatan Ibrahimovic?

Did Tyrone Mings mean to stamp on Zlatan Ibrahimovic during Bournemouth's 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Saturday?

The incident was one of the main talking points from the match as Mings stamped on the head of Ibrahimovic towards the end of the first half.

The striker responded shortly afterwards by elbowing the defender as they competed at a corner.

Neither were punished by referee Kevin Friend and both players said afterwards that there was no intention in their actions.

Speaking on The Sunday Supplement, The Sun's Shaun Custis said there is no way to know if Mings meant to stamp on Ibrahimovic.

"When you slow it down it looks bad, but when you play it at full pace I don't think it looks as bad. Personally I don't see how anybody can judge and say he did it deliberately," he said.

"You can watch that six, seven, eight times and can you honestly say for certain that it's a deliberate stamp? I don't think you could."
